Zhamal Thomas is an analyst and contributor at 4th & Five, Arkansas' independent sports show, and a former Arkansas Razorbacks offensive lineman. A 6-foot-4, 335-pound guard out of New Iberia, Louisiana, Zhamal was one of the most sought-after offensive line prospects in the South before he ever got to campus, landing on the Louisiana Top 20 and a stack of regional blue-chip lists after piling up more than 60 pancake blocks over his junior and senior seasons.
He opened his college career at LSU, where he redshirted as a true freshman, before coming to Arkansas and lining up alongside the group that would go on to build 4th & Five. One of the most athletic big men on the roster, a genuine two-way athlete who also threw the shot put and discus well enough to earn all-state honors, Zhamal now brings a lineman's eye and a view from inside the trenches to the show.
